Terms of Service

By accessing and using SmartServiceHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SmartServiceHub provides a platform connecting customers with service providers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous content
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

Important Notes:

• Trial access is provided for evaluation purposes only and may have limited features or time restrictions
• Trial services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate trial access at any time without prior notice
• Trial users must comply with all terms of service and acceptable use policies
• Upon trial expiration, access to trial-specific features will be automatically disabled
• Data created during trial periods may be retained or deleted according to our data retention policies
• Converting from trial to paid subscription does not guarantee feature parity or data migration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

For Professional and Freelancer Providers:

• You must have appropriate licenses, insurance, and qualifications to provide your services
• You are responsible for the quality and legality of the services you provide
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Credit purchases are final and credits expire if subscription becomes inactive
• You must respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• SmartServiceHub reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that violate terms

For Service Customers:

• Service requests must be accurate and complete
• You agree to communicate respectfully with service providers
• Payment arrangements are between you and the service provider
• SmartServiceHub is not responsible for the quality of services provided
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience

SmartServiceHub charges subscription fees to service providers and may charge transaction fees for certain services. All fees are stated in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. SmartServiceHub does not store credit card information.

SmartServiceHub acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We do not provide the services ourselves and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• The accuracy of provider listings or credentials
• Any disputes between customers and providers
• Any damages or losses resulting from use of the platform

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SmartServiceHub and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
